How we met! |
I met Vantrice back in 20007 while I was living in las vegas and playing Texas- Hold'em cards, We were chating and I metioned to her about a Barbecue sauce recipe I had made and had it on the market in California. She seemed very impressed about what I was talking about and wanted to ask more questions, so after me telling her all about what I have done. She says I need to get back to Tennesee to the family very soon, I will be in contact. After we parted company, I went about my business not thinking to much about our conversation. About two weeks went by and I received a phone call from Vantrice She says to me I told my husban william about it, we think we would like to invest in it, what would it take? I said back to her about a million dallors, the phone went dead, Then I here (say what!) I say back I'm just kidding! She says will we are not kidding, so how many $$ I say back not that much, Vantrice says Do you have or know of a lawyer there in Vegas I say, I can get one, she says i'm comming back to Vegas, I will email you my Flight Intantinerary or phone it to you, I ask when is this going to happen? she says next week and gave me a date. Sure enough she shows up at the air port, I was there to pick her up and take her to the casino that she had booked for a room. after re telling her about how I started this recipe and whom was making it for me, she says well I want to see and talk with them all, before we go any further. I say to her that wiil be in Modesto California, She says okay lets go. We went down and rented a rental car, before we left vegas I called the guy that use to make my BBQ sauce I still had his phone number in my cell phone have not seen him for over Two years, and he was out of business anyway he answers and we chat about comming to Modesto and would he meet us at the Denny's restaurant there on main street.
